On the wedding day itself, I'm your quiet presence behind the scenes – I coordinate the setup, keep the day running to schedule, manage the unexpected discreetly, and ensure everything comes together harmoniously.

- Handover Meeting: Approx. 4 weeks before the wedding: review of all contracts, schedules, and contacts, plus structured handover of your planning.
- Vendor Coordination: Final briefings, schedules, and a single point of contact for all suppliers involved.
- Venue Walk-through (optional): Joint coordination of the schedule directly on-site.
- On-Site Support: Discreet overall coordination on the wedding day (typically up to 10–12 hours).
- Setup Coordination: Management of all setup work and on-site coordination of all suppliers involved.
- Teardown Coordination (optional): Upon request, I also manage the teardown after the celebration, ensuring a structured and smooth process.
- Troubleshooting: Proactive action and discreet resolution of unforeseen situations.
- Aftercare: Support with handovers, returns, and a brief debrief.

During a relaxed initial conversation, we'll talk everything through – afterwards, you'll receive a customised proposal tailored to your wedding.
Optional Extensions: Services such as extended support or teardown coordination can be flexibly added.
