My Path
Experience, calm and an eye for what matters
For more than ten years I have planned and led international events – today I bring that experience to wedding planning, with clear structure and a fine sense for the moments that matter.
It all began in hospitality in Kitzbühel. There I learned how much weight small details carry – and how much they shape the way a moment feels.
From there my path led me into the international event world – with projects across Europe and in Abu Dhabi at the Special Olympics World Games, EuroSkills and international motorsport events.
Those years shape my work to this day: I think in processes, stay calm in complex situations, and make sure many individual pieces quietly fall into place.
My professional foundation: a degree in Sports, Culture & Event Management, a marketing diploma and ongoing further education.
I am well connected within the wedding and events industry in Styria – through wedding meet-ups, wedding planner dinners and ongoing exchange with many suppliers. That means I can recommend the right partners for different budgets and visions.

In the summer of 2025 I was a bride myself. So I know first-hand how this journey feels – the anticipation, the many decisions and those moments when you simply wish someone could keep track of everything for you.
That's exactly where I come in: I listen, translate your vision into a clear plan, and keep everything on track – from the very first thought to the very last moment.

My name is Natalie Kainz-Wrba. Wrba means Willow – and to me, this name stands for far more than just heritage.

The crown represents the experience: a keen sense of atmosphere, high standards of service, and the many small details that determine how a moment feels.
