I curate your personal team of selected vendors, act as the central point of contact, and ensure that every step seamlessly comes together. Upon request, I also manage the entire guest journey – from the first invitation to the final seating arrangement.
On your wedding day, I'm your quiet director behind the scenes: I keep the day running to schedule, coordinate everyone involved, and handle the unexpected discreetly – so you can stay fully in the moment.
Even afterwards, everything remains in good hands – from final settlements to the thank-you list.

- Initial Meeting & Kick-off: Joint definition of your wedding vision, priorities, and framework.
- Concept & Design: Development of a cohesive overall concept including mood boards, colour palette, floristry, stationery, and table & room design.
- Budget & Timeline: Transparent budget planning with ongoing tracking, payment calendar, and clearly defined milestones.
- Venues & Dates: Research, curated shortlist, site visits, and coordination and booking management (venue, church/registry office).
- Vendor Management: Selection of suitable partners, proposal handling, booking, and central communication and coordination of all suppliers.
- Guest Management (optional): Support with copy & mailing, RSVP tracking, and seating plan creation (hotel blocks & transfers if needed).
- Schedule & Direction: Creation of a detailed schedule and run-of-show, briefings for all parties, and proactive planning of alternatives (Plan B/C).
- On-Site Support: Discreet overall coordination on the wedding day, management of all vendors, supervision of setup and teardown, and behind-the-scenes troubleshooting (typically until approx. 10 PM).
- Aftercare: Support with final settlements, handovers, and organising the thank-you list.
Investment
I'd be happy to prepare a tailored proposal after our initial conversation. The investment depends on the scope of your wedding – such as the guest count, logistical complexity, or whether you handle certain areas yourselves.
Full Service price guidance: Plan for approx. 10–15% of your total budget.
