    A wedding planner helps couples organise and coordinate their wedding, from the concept, budget and timeline to choosing a venue and suppliers and coordinating the day itself. As a wedding planner based in Graz, Styria, I can take care of the whole process or selected parts, depending on how much you would like to plan yourselves. On your wedding day, I keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, so you can enjoy your celebration rather than manage it.

    Ideally 12 to 18 months before your desired date – especially for popular venues and during peak season. But shorter timelines are absolutely possible – together we'll find the best solution.

    With full planning, I guide you from the initial concept to the last dance – as your central point of contact for every aspect. With partial planning, I take over specific tasks that you'd rather not handle yourself.

    It's not essential, but I do recommend it. Especially if you've organised everything on your own, you deserve to let go on the day itself. I coordinate vendors, timelines, and every detail – so you can fully enjoy your celebration.

    It starts with a free, no-obligation introductory call. From there, I create a tailored proposal. We work in clearly structured steps – with regular check-ins, a transparent timeline, and open communication at all times.

    My focus is on weddings throughout Austria – especially in Styria and Carinthia. I also support international couples looking to get married in Austria, with local expertise and a strong network on the ground. With years of international experience – including Abu Dhabi – I bring a deep understanding of different cultures, expectations, and workflows.     The investment depends on the scope and type of service. As a guide: wedding day coordination approx. € 1,450–1,950, planning guidance from € 790, individual planning modules from approx. € 390, full planning around 10–15% of your total budget.
