- Venue Scouting: Research, curated shortlist, site visits, and guidance through to the final decision.
- Vendor Curation: Recommendation of suitable partners, coordination, proposal comparison, and guidance through the selection process.
- Design & Styling: Development of a cohesive design concept including mood board, colour palette, floristry, stationery, and table & room layout.
- Schedule & Run-of-Show: Detailed timeline, coordination of all parties, briefings, and proactive planning of alternatives.
- Guest Management: Support with invitations, RSVP tracking, seating plans, and optional hotel room allocations and transfers – plus a point of contact for guests to coordinate surprises.
